There are countless stories of folks recovering from the most horrific illnesses, and then unfortunate reports of senseless killings and suicide. Just to know that the mind can be the underlying cause or a major part of your health problem, is the first step to feeling better. We believe that the mind is the most important role in healing, and we will share personal development tools that will unleash the power of the mind to help you live to your peak potential.


Goal Setting

Setting a plan of action for wellness is a great strategy and we use Terry Fossum's book Passion to Move Mountains - The Oxcart Technique to rocket you to your health destination. When you participate in the Silver or Gold Program 60-day Wellness Program, or the Couple's Wellness Program, his book is included at no extra charge. 


Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for healing, as it penetrates into your subconscious mind to help restore balance from feelings and thoughts that interfere with your body's ability to heal. At Rocketship Wellness, we can provide you with hypnotic audio files that will support your recovery, and / or improve any area of health. We can also provide personalized audio recordings for any health concern and this is included in our Stop Smoking Program, 60-Day Wellness Program, and the 60-Day Couples Wellness Program


Personal Development

What's most fascinating about the mind is how it services us without our attention, and how it works with the brain. Through our awareness, our mind teaches us a task, and when the task is learned our brain remembers what to do. Remember when first learning to ride a bike or make a bowtie with your shoe laces? At first it's new and we don't know how and what to do. After we learn the brain takes over, and all learned movements become unconscious. 


The mind and the brain is the storage center of everything that's ever happened in our lifetime... both positive and negative.
